How To Hard Reset Nokia 5

Method 1

    1. Turn the device off and on again by pressing Volume Down and Power Key for a few seconds.
    2. When the Android logo appears then release the Power key but still hold Volume Down until you see Boot Mode.
    3. Use Volume buttons to navigate menus. Select Recovery and as always, use the Power key to confirm it.
    4. When the Android logo reappearing, press and hold Power key for a few seconds.
    5. While you hold the Power key, press and release Volume Up.
    6. Use Volume Down to select Wipe Data / Factory Reset and afterwards, use Power button to confirm.
    7. Select “Yes / Delete User Data”. Use the Power button to confirm it.
    8. Turn the device off and on again by pressing Volume Down and Power Key for a few seconds.
    9. When the Android logo appears then release the Power key but still hold Volume Down until you see Boot Mode.
    10. Use Volume buttons to navigate menus. Select Recovery and as always, use the Power key to confirm it.
    11. When the Android logo reappearing, press and hold Power key for a few seconds.
    12. While you hold the Power key, press and release Volume Up.
    13. Use Volume Down to select Wipe Data / Factory Reset and afterwards, use Power button to confirm.
    14. Select “Yes / Delete User Data”. Use the Power button to confirm it.
    15. Select Reboot System Now and wait until you see the Nokia Welcome Panel. When you look at it then the Hard Reset process has been successfully done.
    16. Turn the device off and on again by pressing Volume Down and Power Key for a few seconds.
    17. When the Android logo appears then release the Power key but still hold Volume Down until you see Boot Mode.
    18. Use Volume buttons to navigate menus. Select Recovery and as always, use the Power key to confirm it.
    19. When the Android logo reappearing, press and hold Power key for a few seconds.
    20. While you hold the Power key, press and release Volume Up.
    21. Use Volume Down to select Wipe Data / Factory Reset and afterwards, use Power button to confirm.
    22. Select “Yes / Delete User Data”. Use the Power button to confirm it.

Method 2

    1. Under live conditions, switch to Settings.
    2. Select “Backup & Reset”.
    3. The next step is to click Factory Data Reset and click Reset Device.
    4. You will be given two choices, select Erase Everything. By clicking Erase Everything you will delete all the stored data and your device will be reset instantly.

Nokia 5 is one of 3 series of smartphone made by Finnish manufacturer which officially launched on 26 February 2017 ago. The launch of the third series was done in the Mobile World Congress 2017 held in Spain, precisely in Barcelona. Together they also launched a series of feature phone that is Nokia 3310. Nokia 5 is Nokia’s answer to the desire of fans to keep using Nokia products without having difficulty in downloading various applications. While the GPU used is Adreno 505. Unfortunately, the RAM used is only 2 GB, while many Chinese products with the same price offer 3 GB of RAM. Front camera used has a size of 8 MP while the rear camera size 13 MP, enough to compete in the range 150-200 Euros.

Nokia is known for its durable battery and for the Nokia 5 type, they use 3,000 mAh battery. The size of 3,000 mAh is considered strong enough for all day activities. With dimensions of 149.7 x 72.5 x 8.5 mm, this phone is quite comfortable grip, and the metal layer on the body of the device makes this device is not easily detached from the grip. For the sensor section, Nokia embed Accelerometer (G-sensor), e-compass, ambient light sensor, hall sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, NFC, and of course popular feature lately, fingerprint!
